Do I have to install anything?
No. ImprimeBay runs in the browser: on the shop computer, on a laptop or on your phone. Nothing to install, and updates arrive on their own.
Can I use it just for quotes?
Yes, and many shops start exactly that way: customer records and quotes, with the online store switched on later. The Free plan gives you five quotes a month; on Pro they are unlimited.
Do payments go through you?
No. The customer pays you: the money arrives in your own Stripe account. We never touch your order money and we take no commission on what you sell — you pay only the subscription.
How does it know what a job costs me?
You tell it: which presses you have (digital, offset, large format), which papers you use, what you pay for clicks, plates and make-ready. From there it works out how many pieces fit on the sheet, the trim waste and the real cost of the run.
Can I put it on my own site?
Yes. The online store has an address of its own to link from your site; on the Premium plan it runs on your own domain, with your look and your emails.
If I stop paying, do I lose my data?
No. Going back to the Free plan keeps everything you have done — customers, quotes, orders: only the limits on what you can publish and create from then on change.
